Vorwerk Italia è stata accompagnata in un processo lungimirante coordinato da DEGW che l'ha portata per la prima volta a disporre di uffici in open space con circa metà delle postazioni in sharing.

Il cambiamento delle logiche tradizionali del modo di lavorare è iniziato con il workshop e la WFS (Workplace Future Survey) orientati all'analisi e al percepito dei dipendenti sugli attuali spazi di lavoro e sui desiderata per il workplace in via di definizione.

Mettendo al centro il benessere del personale, DEGW ha quindi messo a punto il progetto di interior design introducendo risposte adeguate alle necessità dei dipendenti dando vita ad ambienti confortevoli, smart, flessibili e riconoscibili, in cui la tecnologia e gli arredi funzionali alle diverse attività lavorative migliorano la qualità del lavoro e del tempo in ufficio.

Il piano rialzato è un'area interamente co-working, non assegnata a una business unit in particolare ma disponibile a chiunque in azienda. Il layout della superficie è organizzato con chat sofa con rivestimenti morbidi a parete e soffitto, una vasta area break con frigo, lavello e il social hub definito dalla gradonata in legno.

Gli altri piani tipo sono organizzati con un'ampia varietà di supporti. La superficie è punteggiata di postazioni di co-working informali con office & meet per i dirigenti, chat sofa, sale riunioni prenotabili con tablet, coffe point. Le project area sono aree riconfigurabili con tavoli ribaltabili su ruote delimitate da pareti impachettabili che, in base alle esigenze, possono diventare un unico ambiente oppure due sale riunioni.

DEGW has accompanied Vorwerk Italia on this forward-looking process and the company can now boast its first ever open space office premises, with roughly half of all workstations arranged as shared desk spaces.

This shift away from the traditional workplace rationale began with a workshop and a Workplace Future Survey aimed at employees’ analysis and perception of their current work setting and what they would like to see in the design of the new workplace.

With a focus on employee wellbeing, DEGW then refined the interior design project to incorporate solutions that fully catered to the needs of staff, creating comfortable, smart, flexible and easily identifiable work environments, where the technology and the furniture solutions for the various work activities improve the quality of the work and the time spent in the office.

The raised ground floor is fully dedicated to co-working arrangements. It is not assigned to any business unit in particular and can be used by anyone in the company. The layout includes chat sofas, soft wall and ceiling finishes, an ample rest area with fridge and sink and a social hub arranged along a set of large wooden steps.

The other floors provide a variety of support features. They are dotted with informal co-working stations, offices and meeting rooms for management, chat sofas, meeting rooms that can be booked from a tablet and coffee points. The project areas are reconfigurable spaces featuring folding tables on wheels and stackable partition walls that can create a single space or turn into two separate meeting rooms, depending on what’s needed.
