Nel cuore di Sondrio, Le Village by CA ha selezionato per la sua nuova sede gli spazi dell'ala storica di Palazzo Sertoli, un edificio protetto dalla Soprintendenza, con vista sul giardino pubblico omonimo.

Questo prestigioso sito è stato trasformato da DEGW in un dinamico hub di innovazione,

distribuito su tre livelli attorno a una corte centrale, simbolo dell'integrazione tra passato e presente e della collaborazione fra enti consolidati, start-up, investitori e facilitatori.
L'obiettivo principale del nostro intervento è stato quello di rispettare l'eredità culturale di Palazzo Sertoli, pur innovandone gli spazi per regalargli nuova vita.

Il legame con il territorio ha guidato il rinnovamento, con il design interno curato da DEGW, che omaggia le montagne circostanti, assegnando a ogni area temi ad esse correlati.
Questa scelta celebra e incorpora la filosofia di Le Village by CA di valorizzare il contesto in cui si inserisce.

Ognuna delle sale tematiche, Woodland, Mountain Side, Chalet 1 e 2, e Belvedere, è stata pensata per riflettere un aspetto unico delle Alpi circostanti. Woodland invita alla concentrazione e alla creatività, mentre Mountain Side offre uno spazio dinamico per eventi e collaborazioni. Gli Chalet 1 e 2 sono pensati per la tranquillità e il lavoro focalizzato, e infine, Belvedere, la sala riunione che offre una vista panoramica sul giardino Sertoli.

La piazza centrale rappresenta il cuore dell'edificio, pensata come uno spazio aperto e flessibile per eventi, mostre e conferenze, circondata dalle sale tematiche e fungendo da fulcro per incontri e scambi tra diverse realtà, tutte motivate dall'innovazione.
La sensibilità e il rispetto per il contesto storico si manifestano non solo nella scelta dei temi ma anche nella progettazione degli arredi, tutti realizzati su misura per abbracciare la visione di un ambiente contemporaneo, capace di accogliere iniziative giovani e intraprendenti. DEGW ha sapientemente rielaborato l'identità storica di Palazzo Sertoli con un allestimento che si fonde con la sua storia, introducendo elementi di novità nel rispetto della tradizione.

Le Village by CA delle Alpi diventa più di un semplice luogo di lavoro

si trasforma in un punto di riferimento per l'innovazione, dove il rispetto per il patrimonio storico e l'omaggio all'ambiente naturale circostante si fondono per creare un'esperienza unica e ispiratrice. In the heart of Sondrio, Le Village by CA has selected for its new headquarters the spaces of the historic wing of Palazzo Sertoli, a building protected by the Superintendence, overlooking the namesake public garden.

This prestigious site has been transformed by DEGW into a dynamic innovation hub,

distributed on three levels around a central courtyard, symbolizing the integration of past and present and the collaboration between established entities, start-ups, investors and facilitators.
The main objective of our intervention was to respect the cultural heritage of Palazzo Sertoli, while innovating its spaces to give it new life.

The connection to the local area guided the renovation, with the interior design curated by DEGW, which pays homage to the surrounding mountains, assigning themes related to them to each area.
This choice celebrates and incorporates Le Village by CA's philosophy of enhancing the context in which it is set.

Each of the themed rooms, Woodland, Mountain Side, Chalet 1 and 2, and Belvedere, is designed to reflect a unique aspect of the surrounding Alps. Woodland invites concentration and creativity, while Mountain Side offers a dynamic space for events and collaborations. Chalets 1 and 2 are designed for tranquility and focused work, and finally, Belvedere, the meeting room that offers a panoramic view of the Sertoli garden.

The central plaza represents the heart of the building, conceived as an open and flexible space for events, exhibitions and conferences, surrounded by the thematic rooms and serving as a hub for meetings and exchanges between different realities, all motivated by innovation.

Sensitivity and respect for the historical context are manifested not only in the choice of themes but also in the design of the furnishings, all of which are custom-made to embrace the vision of a contemporary environment, capable of welcoming young and enterprising initiatives. DEGW has skillfully reworked the historical identity of Palazzo Sertoli with a layout that blends with its history, introducing new elements while respecting tradition.

Le Village by CA of the Alps becomes more than just a place to work

it turns into a landmark for innovation, where respect for historical heritage and homage to the surrounding natural environment combine to create a unique and inspiring experience. The themed rooms, from Woodland to Belvedere, offer a variety of environments that invite collaboration, learning and growth, making Le Village by CA in Sondrio a place where the future is built on the solid foundation of respect for nature and history.
