Kone, società tra le aziende leader al mondo nella fabbricazione e manutenzione di ascensori, scale mobili e altri sistemi di trasporto guidati, si è rivolta a Lombardini22 per il rinnovamento dei suoi uffici a Pero (MI).
La prima necessità del cliente riguardava la creazione di un openspace, che donasse ariosità e luce all’ambiente. A questo proposito sono state realizzate anche aperture dirette sul cortile interno, punto di forza della struttura ma che risulta ancora in fase di sistemazione.
Per modernizzare gli ambienti il focus è stato puntare su una caratterizzazione legata al loro colore identificativo: il blu. Il primo piano dell’edificio è stato, invece, dedicato agli uffici di Neolift, una delle business unit dell’azienda, e anche in questo caso gli spazi sono stati personalizzati partendo dalla palette colori tipici dell’unità, che vira sui toni del rosso.  
Lombardini22 è intervenuta anche sugli impianti, rimettendoli a nuovo e puntando sulla sostenibilità.

Particolare attenzione è stata rivolta all’acustica

altra richiesta fondamentale del cliente. In seguito allo studio rivolto a questo tipo di impiantistica, è stato inserito in alcune zone un controsoffitto con pannelli in fibra minerale.
Per la parte senza controsoffitto, invece, sono stati inseriti dei pannelli sospesi, dando comfort acustico e, al contempo, una nuova immagine agli spazi.

Un altro elemento di novità è l’area polifunzionale, annessa a una gradonata, situata vicino all’ingresso secondario. Altri interventi hanno riguardato le sale riunioni: alcune sono state mantenute dalla vecchia suddivisione, mentre altre, più piccole, sono state create da zero, con l’obiettivo di proporre spazi adatti a tutte le esigenze.

L’intervento sugli uffici Kone non è ancora terminato: altre aree del complesso sono in fase di valutazione e saranno destinate ad altre business unit del gruppo.
I lavori finora conclusi sono riusciti a donare nuova vita e luce all’ambiente, andando incontro alle esigenze della società e dei suoi dipendenti.

Kone, one of the world's leading companies in the manufacture and maintenance of elevators, escalators and other guided transportation systems, turned to Lombardini22 for the renovation of its offices in Pero (MI).
The client's first need concerned the creation of an openspace, which would give airiness and light to the environment. In this regard, direct openings were also made to the inner courtyard, a strong point of the facility but still undergoing renovation.
In order to modernize the rooms, the focus was on a characterization related to their identifying color: blue. The second floor of the building was, on the other hand, dedicated to the offices of Neolift, one of the company's business units, and in this case, too, the spaces were customized starting from the unit's typical color palette, which veers toward red tones.  
Lombardini22 also intervened on the facilities, refurbishing them and focusing on sustainability.

Particular attention was paid to acoustics

another fundamental request of the client. Following the study addressed to this type of planting, a false ceiling with mineral fiber panels was inserted in some areas.
For the part without a false ceiling, on the other hand, suspended panels were inserted, giving acoustic comfort and, at the same time, a new image to the spaces.‍

Another new element is the multipurpose area, attached to a staircase, located near the secondary entrance.Other interventions have involved meeting rooms: some have been retained from the old subdivision, while others, smaller ones, have been created from scratch, with the aim of offering spaces suitable for all needs.

The work on the Kone offices is not yet finished: other areas of the complex are being evaluated and will be allocated to other business units of the group. The work completed so far has managed to give new life and light to the environment, meeting the needs of the company and its employees.
